Working with building owner Mapeley, Glenbrook secured planning for 240 apartments, tailoring a scheme specifically for the emerging Private Rented Sector. Glenbrook secured forward funding with Moorfield in 2014, and completed the building in September 2015.
Asset – the 300,000 sq ft building was built in 1991 by HMRC. It is unusual as it spans a dock at two points. Glenbrook’s scheme accommodates 240 apartments of generous sizes and includes a large gym, resident’s storage area, a hotel type lobby / concierge area and it set within a large site with open space overlooking the dock.
