We have been appointed by Merseyside-based Park Group PLC (Park Group) to advise on its estate strategy, which will see the company take 30,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool city centre, whilst retaining its existing site in Birkenhead.
Park Group, the UK’s leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets, currently operates from Valley Road Industrial Estate in Birkenhead. In total, the scheme comprises 235,000 sq ft offices and warehouse space over several buildings.
Glenbrook has been instructed to provide strategic multi-disciplinary advice to optimise the use of Park Group’s current estate in Birkenhead and identify a new office base for the company in Liverpool.
