Funded by Moorfield Group, and created in collaboration with AEW Architects and Graham Construction, The Trilogy occupies a 1 acre site adjacent to Cornbrook tram stop.
In 2018, we delivered 232 apartments, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, a residents’ garden, tenant lounge, gym, cycle store and parcel lockers, plus 75 parking spaces.
The Trilogy has been instrumental in driving the emerging Southern Arc district forward. The location next to a tram stop on the periphery of the city centre makes it an attractive choice for those wanting a more affordable option compared to prime city centre rents.
In 2019, The Trilogy was awarded top Build to Rent Residential Development in the UK. HomeViews’ recent tenant surveys regularly see Trilogy make the ‘Top 3’ of Manchester BTR developments to live in.
In 2021, Trilogy was bought by Barings.
