Glenbrook acquired The Beat from Grosvenor, who developed the building as part of Liverpool ONE in 2011.

Glenbrook acquired The Beat from Grosvenor, who developed the building as part of Liverpool ONE in 2011.  Comprising of the largest restaurant in Liverpool (at 22,000 sq ft), several medical uses occupied by the NHS and a lease to a bank for a cashpoint, it generates a sound and diverse income, with a range of lease lengths, up to 25 years.

 

The building was acquired with a joint venture partner. Glenbrook identified the opportunity, and acquired the asset for a client, undertaking intensive asset management tasks with the aim of enhancing the value of the asset in the medium term.
