We’re pleased to announce Baby E Coffee & Deli has signed up to our newly-refurbished office scheme at No. 1 Temple Square in Liverpool city centre.
The Australian inspired speciality coffee offering has taken the lower ground suite, offering 1,592 sq ft leisure space on a 10-year lease. This first letting comes after Glenbrook completed the refurbishment of the grade II listed building at the end of last year.
No. 1 Temple Square is home to occupiers including Canter Levin Berg and Kirwans, with four remaining suites of circa 2,000 sq ft available.
Speaking about the deal, Laura Wilkinson, investment surveyor, commented: “Baby E Coffee & Deli offers a unique proposition to both the building and to Liverpool city centre. Our existing and future tenants will no doubt benefit from the facility given the proposed quality of their offering. This fits in perfectly with our plans for the building after the recently completed refurbishment of the common areas.
Lauren Clinton & Christopher Fitzsimmons co-founders of Baby E Coffee & Deli, said; “My experience of working in coffee shops across Australia lay the foundations for what we can proudly call Baby E Coffee & Deli. Chris’ love for small plates & deli servings has been drawn from his experience living in London. The ongoing developments in and around this the Liverpool business district has given this area a real cosmopolitan feel and gave us the confidence to open a mixture of a coffee shop and a deli wine bar. We are excited by the prospect of establishing ourselves as a sophisticated gathering spot for the professional market.”
Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Worthington Owen are letting agents on the building.
Quoting rental for the office space is £14.50 per sq ft.
