In January 2022 we completed the acquisition of a 5.12-acre site at the edge of Leeds city centre.
Occupying a prominent position at 87-89 Kirkstall Road on the bank of River Aire, the scheme has existing outline planning consent in place for 631 apartments and 10,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation.
Under its ownership, we are working with our design team to deliver the latest generation of purpose-built rental accommodation and will be submitting a reserved matters planning application in the coming months.
