The scheme includes over 15,000 sq ft of exceptional residents’ amenities set across the ground and first floor, with expansive terrace gardens overlooking the River Aire.This development has a strong emphasis on sustainability, and the health and well-being of the residents. The residential building is a key component of the wider masterplan, and will have a transformative impact on this significant stretch of riverside benefitting residents, visitors and the wider community. Planning for the scheme was approved in December 2022, and we aim to be starting on site in Q2 2023.
