We have a strong reputation for delivering high density residential-led projects. Glenbrook does not hold land or bid for sites without an exit strategy in place.

Glenbrook secures planning for £100m 40-acre employment park in Wigan

Whitehall, Leeds

Whitehall Riverside comprises of 500 build to rent apartments across two blocks of 15 and 18 storeys, with commercial space at the ground floor level. The scheme includes over 15,000 sq ft of exceptional residents’ amenities set across the ground and first floor, with expansive terrace gardens overlooking the River Aire.This development has a strong emphasis on sustainability, and the health and well-being of the residents. The residential building is a key component of the wider masterplan, and will have a transformative impact on this significant stretch of riverside benefitting residents, visitors and the wider community. The scheme is currently in planning and we aim to be starting on site in Q2 2023.

Kirkstall Road, Leeds

Kirkstall Road comprises 618 high quality build-to-rent apartments set across five buildings which respond to the riverside and extensive new public realm on a 5.12-acre site at Kirkstall Road. The proposals include over 10,000 sq ft of amenity space including residents lounge, co-working hub and gym, 3,800 sq ft of commercial space and private roof terraces. The scheme represents a significant brownfield regeneration opportunity on a prominent, vacant site within a highly sustainable location on the western fringe of Leeds City Centre.

Nestled by a tram stop on the outskirts of the city centre, The Trilogy offers residents the city experience at an affordable price.
